My book of Berlin photographs is out and available!

I was attending an opening at a small neighborhood gallery in Prenzlauer Berg. When a woman, a Parisian, found out I had just moved to Berlin. “Why would you move here? Oh my god! It’s so ugly! Why, why, why? There are plenty of beautiful cities to move to and you have come here?” I had heard this before. When I lived in Milan, I heard similar complaints that Milan was no Rome, no Venice. Don’t get me wrong. Paris is as beautiful as advertised, but it is not so much more beautiful than Milan or Berlin. You just have to know where to look and when.
